The funeral procession (5') from the third act of Richard Wagner's Parsifal, arranged for tuba quartet.
Throughout most of the scene, the 2nd tuba plays the rolling motif for the funeral procession, while the remaining trio harmonize a fragment of the faith motif from earlier in the music drama. This connects to the following grail temple scene, where the bells of Montsalvat can be heard.
This arrangement strongly features the low register of the 2nd tuba player, as well as the vocalistic capabilities of the rest of the members.
